Villa Primatice
Villa Primatice is a traditional French manoir built at the end of the 19th century. The Villa (and the adjacent street) is named after famous Italian painter, Francesco Primaticcio 1504-1570 (https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Le_Primatice) who painted important rooms in the Chateau of Fontainebleau. Villa Primatice has a special charm and beauty and was owned by a former Mayor of Fontainebleau. We, former INSEAD faculty, have owned the home for the last 30 years and have spent many happy years here. We are now living in the USA and do return to Villa Primatice for short stays during the summer and winter holidays. Now it is your turn to enjoy living in Villa Primatice.
The communal areas on the ground floor include the kitchen, dining room, washer/dryer room and all outdoor areas with a beautiful front terrace. All the rooms are located on the second floor where we have a small guest room with a single bed that can be used by a friend/family member for a few days. The large basement of the house includes a gym and a social gathering space and a bathroom for guests.
