Standard leases are for one year. We also offer flexible subleasing options, making Villa Primatice particularly well-suited to INSEAD students and professionals on rotating schedules.
Is the villa suitable for INSEAD students?
Yes — Villa Primatice is located a 10-minute walk from the INSEAD campus and the lease structure has been designed with INSEAD's academic calendar in mind, including subleasing flexibility during breaks.
What shared spaces are available?
All residents share access to a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a garden, a balcony, and a private gym. The villa is fully renovated and all shared areas are maintained weekly.
What amenities come with each room?
Every room features teak hardwood floors, a private en-suite bathroom (shower or bathtub), a double or twin bed, a study table, chair, and wardrobe or walk-in closet. Air conditioning is also included.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please mention this in your enquiry via the Contact page and we will do our best to accommodate you.
